This role provides strategic and operational leadership across healthcare functions while maintaining compliance, service excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage multiple healthcare operations teams, supervisors, and team leaders.\nOversee end-to-end healthcare operations to ensure achievement of productivity, quality, and client performance targets.\nDevelop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational and client objectives.\nMonitor and analyze KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, staffing levels, and financial performance.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.\nManage workforce planning, capacity planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.\nPartner with clients and senior stakeholders to address operational needs and business priorities.\nLead issue resolution and escalation management for high-impact operational challenges.\nEnsure compliance with HIPAA, regulatory requirements, and client-specific standards.\nSupport budgeting, operational planning, and business growth initiatives.\nLead talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and performance management programs.\nQualifications\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree preferred.\n7-10 years of experience in US healthcare operations.\n3-5+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leads, or large operational teams.\nStrong knowledge of US healthcare operations, including one or more of the following:Claims Management\nPrior Authorization\nEligibility & Benefits Verification\nRevenue Cycle Management (RCM)\nMedical Billing and Coding\nProvider Operations\nHealthcare Administration\nPopulation Health or Care Management Operations\n\nExperience managing large-scale operations, multiple workstreams, or client portfolios.\nProven track record of driving KPI, SLA, quality, and financial performance.\nStrong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in reporting, workforce management, and operational analytics tools.\nExcellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.\nPreferred Background\nExperience managing large US healthcare operations teams within BPO, shared services, healthcare technology, payer, provider, or RCM organizations.\nKnowledge of healthcare regulations, HIPAA compliance, and operational governance.\nExperience with operational transformation, automation, process improvement, or scaling healthcare programs.\nExposure to client management, business reviews, and executive reporting.\nPerks and benefits\nHMO Coverage\nAnnual Performance Review with Salary Increase\nBecome part of the Employee Share Units program\nCloudstaff Dream Points -
