The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and knowledgeable about workers’ compensation system.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDraft, file, and serve legal pleadings reviewed by attorneys and other documents essential to the case\nCreate new requests for legal pleadings\nCommunicate with the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, defendants , opposing counsel, internal staff, and clients to facilitate case movement\nManage firm's hearing calendar to ensure hearings are accurate and up to date\nAudit completed hearings and filed legal pleadings, and update firm's case management system with the results.\nServe of orders, minutes of hearings, notices of intent, and other documents issued by the court and assigned to our firm for service\nQualifications\n Commitment to client work hours (9am to 6pm Pacific Time Zone)\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
