This role will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, subcontractors, and vendors to help ensure projects remain on schedule, organized, and properly documented.\nThe ideal candidate has experience supporting commercial construction projects remotely, understands construction drawings and specifications, and is comfortable assisting with quantity takeoffs, project administration, and coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nThis role requires strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work U.S. business hours as needed.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Coordination & Administration\nSupport Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination activities\n\nManage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and closeout documentation\n\nMaintain organized digital project files and documentation\n\nAssist with project scheduling updates and tracking deliverables\n\nCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams\n\nPrepare meeting minutes, project reports, and status updates\n\nEstimating & Quantity Takeoffs\nPerform basic quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications\n\nAssist with bid preparation and scope review\n\nSupport subcontractor bid leveling and pricing comparisons\n\nReview plans for missing information, scope gaps, and constructability concerns\n\nHelp maintain estimating templates, databases, and cost logs\n\nAssist in preparing conceptual and budget estimates as directed\n\nConstruction Documentation Support\nReview and organize construction drawings and specifications\n\nTrack revisions and drawing updates\n\nAssist in document control and version management\n\nSupport permit, compliance, and closeout documentation processes\n\nCross-Functional Support\nCollaborate with estimating, operations, accounting, and field teams\n\nAssist with procurement coordination and material tracking\n\nSupport project workflow improvements and administrative efficiencies\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred\n\n2+ years of experience supporting commercial construction projects\n\nExperience performing basic estimating takeoffs and quantity measurements\n\nAbility to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings\n\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\n\nExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)\n\nPreferred\nExperience supporting U.S.-based construction companies\n\nExperience with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Procore, Autodesk, or similar construction software\n\nFamiliarity with commercial construction processes and documentation\n\nExposure to subcontractor coordination and procurement support\n\nPerks and benefits\nBecome part of the Employee Share Units program\nCloudstaff Dream Points -
