Purchase Order Management\n· Create and process purchase orders for inventory replenishment and special-order products\n· Submit purchase orders to vendors and confirm receipt\n· Monitor and follow up on order status to ensure timely fulfillment\n2. Inventory Replenishment\n· Execute purchasing activities based on system-generated reorder points and Min/Max inventory levels\n· Maintain adequate stock levels, with a strong focus on preventing stockouts for Category 1 items\n3. Special Order Coordination\n· Manage the workflow and tracking of custom and special orders\n· Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, lead times, and production schedules\n· Ensure approved special orders are placed promptly and accurately\n4. Shipment Tracking & Logistics Coordination\n· Monitor all inbound shipments, including ETD and ETA schedules\n· Maintain visibility on production progress and shipping status\n· Coordinate inbound deliveries with warehouse operations\n5. Freight & Container Coordination\n· Work closely with vendors to schedule shipments efficiently\n· Support optimal container utilization when applicable\n· Prepare and maintain documentation required for inbound freight and receiving\n6.
