The role requires someone who is comfortable working with raw, imperfect, and evolving data across multiple systems and platforms.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner directly with practice leaders to investigate operational and financial business issues and identifythe underlying drivers of performance.\n\nAnalyze performance across service lines, service groups, clients, projects, markets, geographies, relationship executives, and other business dimensions.\n\nConduct root-cause analysis onchanges in revenue, production, utilization, realization, profitability, pipeline activity, and other key business metrics.\n\nWork across multiple systems and data sources to develop a complete view of business performance.\n\nValidate, reconcile, and interpret data from disparate sources while identifyingdata quality and consistency issues.\n\nInvestigate leadership questions and business hypotheses using data to validate, challenge, or refine assumptions.\n\nDevelop trend analyses, variance analyses, and business performance narratives that explain what changed, why it changed, and what action may be needed.\n\nTranslate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.\n\nPartner with finance, operations, data, and technology teams to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and business visibility.\n\nLeverage AI, automation, and analytics tools to improve efficiency and insight generation.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Experience\n5+ years of experience in business analytics, operational analytics, strategic finance, practice management, revenue operations, performance analysis, or relatedfield.\n\nDemonstrated experience investigating business issues, identifyingroot causes, and translating findings into actionable business insights.\n\nDemonstrated ability to thrive in a hands-on environment by personally working through complex business questions and performing the underlying analysis.\n\nExperience working with large, complex, disparate, and imperfect datasets from multiple systems and sources to answer business questions and diagnose operational issues.\n\nExperience analyzing business performance metrics such as profitability, utilization, realization, revenue trends, client/project economics, capacity, pipeline, or other operational performance drivers.\n\nExperience supporting business leaders, practice leaders, operations leaders, or leadership teams through performance analysis and decision support.\n\nPreferred\nBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline\n\nPerks and benefits\nComprehensive health and life insurance on your 16th day of employment, covering 1 free dependent on the 16th day of employment\nSuperb and exciting Mid-Year Parties -
