The Sr. Supply Planner leads ordering to the factories supporting Service & Inventory goals, drives continuous improvement and alignment with key stakeholders (namely factories, and demand planning)

Essential Job Duties:

Optimal ordering pattern to the factories keeping items at target inventory levels.
Alignment and strong communication with the factories.
Analyze changes in demand and reacts to them (ie. expediting or deferring orders)
Leads service/inventory gap analysis and issue resolution.
Drives alignment with key stakeholders on issues and actions.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

Supply Planning experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient is systems and data analysis.
Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
Strong work ethic and professionalism.
Ability to work independently.

Technical Skills:

Excel & Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, formulas, data management)
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.
Experience with a supply planning software and AI tools.
