Responsible for completing assigned tasks to meet project goals.\nScope of Work:\nCollaborate with Installers and Project Managers on the network implementation of new installations or deployments.\n\nAddress concerns of newly onboarded properties during installation.\n\nPerform Post Install Checks (PIC) and follow up with installers on any missing or failed items.\n\nMonitor and ensure the completion of PICs. Identify any training or installation processes that need to be covered or changes that need to be made.\n\nEnsure all tools are available and accessible for property staff.\n\nWork with Field Technicians to troubleshoot installation-related issues.\n\nCoordinate and schedule training with property staff for Site Dashboard and Conference Tool (if applicable) and provide Splash Page orientation.\n\nEnsure all devices are set up and monitored in the NMS.\n\nQualifications\nKey qualifications:\n2 years of hands-on experience with Networking\nShould have experience in switching\nProficiency in configuring Layer 2 devices (e.g., VLANs, WLANs)\nLayer 2 support experience\nAbility to subnet in Layer 3\nAdditional Skills:\nExperience with satellite television (preferred but not required)\nCCNA certification \nCertifications:\nMeraki ECMS Certification (mandatory upon hiring, so far free)\nCustomer Service Experience:\nExperience in BPO with inbound and outbound calls\nOthers:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent;
