platforms.\n\nDrawing from successful enterprise deployments for Oil & Gas giant - you will lead Daily, Weekly, Monthly Status Report (WSR) governance, facilitate interactive design sprint workshops, author detailed technical specification documents, and manage multi-agent architectures deployed across sovereign cloud environments, must be ready to visit client location for crucial business meetings and project phases onsite in Saudi Arabia in 2027.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nHigh-Energy Client Communication & Stakeholder Alignment:\n\n- Drive Client Governance & Cadence: Lead bi-weekly client meetings and Weekly Status Report (WSR) sessions with executive stakeholders, technical leads, and steering committees.\n\n- Design Workshops & Prototyping: Facilitate high-engagement Product Design Sprint workshops, presenting low- and high-fidelity mobile/web wireframes to align on product vision and UI/UX flows.\n\n- Expectation & Scope Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, maintaining active open-item trackers, milestone sign-off sheets, and requirement specification reviews.\n\n- Executive Metrics & Value Reporting: Synthesize post-event operational telemetry and KPI reports (e.g., usage metrics, unique vendor assessments, completion velocity) for client leadership during flagship events.\n\nTechnical Product Management & Agentic AI Vision:\n\n- Multi-Agent Systems Orchestration: Define roles, tool sets, and interaction protocols for AI agents (e.g., Interviewer/Digital Human Avatars, Front Desk Agents, Background Analysts, Compliance & Procurement Evaluators).\n\n- GenAI & Model Strategy: Lead the functional integration of Large Language Models (e.g., Gemma, Gemini) and avatar generation tools (e.g., HeyGen, LiveAvatar, or internal on-premise avatar services).\n\n- Workflow Automation & Document Intelligence: Productize intelligent automation features, including resume/CV parsing, automated Statement of Work (SOW) generation, Technical Evaluations, and automated procurement/compliance triggers.\n\n- Space & Multi-Tenancy Customization: Design configurable departmental workspaces (\"Spaces\") featuring \"Chat with Spaces\", customized questionnaire engines, and dynamic reporting.\n\nSprint Delivery & Agile Execution:\n\n- Backlog Management & Roadmapping: Deconstruct high-level enterprise contracts and Statement of Work (SOW) milestones into prioritized MVP product backlogs and sprint goals.\n\n- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Partner daily with UI/UX designers, frontend engineers (React/Angular), backend microservices developers (Node.js/Python), and AI Data Scientists.\n\n- UAT & Release Governance: Manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with cross-functional client teams (HR, Procurement, IT, Compliance), ensuring strict adherence to release timelines.\n\nEnterprise Architecture & Security Governance:\n\n- Cloud Infrastructure Alignment: Oversee platform deployment on cloud environments (e.g., GCP Landing Zone / Public Google Cloud) using Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build), and serverless hosting.\n\n- Security & Authentication: Ensure strict compliance with enterprise cybersecurity guidelines, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and SSO/OAuth/LEAP ID gating mechanisms.\n\n- System Integration: Plan RESTful API and event-driven integrations with enterprise backends such as SAP, SuccessFactors, and autonomous procurement systems.\n\nRequired Qualifications & Competencies:\n\n- Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.\n\n- Domain Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on technical product management experience with AI/ML systems, generative AI applications, microservices, and GCP cloud environments.\n\n- Client Engagement Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to project high energy, enthusiasm, and confidence
