years of relevant Salesforce experience who has strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and hands-on experience supporting Salesforce projects from requirements gathering through delivery.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience working closely with clients, stakeholders, Salesforce Consultants, Developers, and Delivery teams to understand business requirements, translate them into Salesforce solutions, and support successful project delivery.\nThe candidate should also have a strong interest in technical writing and documentation, including preparing technical response documents, business requirements, process documentation, user stories, functional specifications, and other project-related technical materials.\nKey Responsibilities\nSalesforce Business Analysis & Requirements\nWork with clients, internal Solution Architects, Product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements, processes, challenges, and objectives.\nAnalyze and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce solutions.\nCreate user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications, and other BA deliverables.\nPerform fit-gap analysis and identify opportunities to improve business processes using Salesforce.\nTranslate business requirements into clear and actionable requirements for Salesforce Consultants and Developers.\nCollaborate with technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure solutions meet business expectations.\nTechnical Documentation & Writing\nPrepare and maintain high-quality technical and functional documentation for Salesforce projects.\nDocument Salesforce configurations, business processes, workflows, integrations, and solution approaches.\nTranslate complex Salesforce concepts into clear and easy-to-understand business and technical documentation.\nPrepare project documentation, meeting notes, requirement summaries, solution overviews, and user guides.\nReview and maintain documentation for accuracy, consistency, clarity, and completeness.\nDevelop reusable documentation templates and project knowledge assets.\nSupport preparation of technical content for proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and client-facing materials when required.\nSalesforce Skills\nStrong understanding of the Salesforce platform and CRM processes.\nGood understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.\nAbility to understand Salesforce solution designs and translate business requirements into Salesforce functionality.\nUnderstanding of Salesforce implementation and delivery methodologies.\nRequired Qualifications\n2-3 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar Salesforce-focused BA role.\nStrong hands-on understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.\nStrong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.\nSalesforce certification(s), preferably:\nSalesforce Certified Administrator - Highly Preferred\nSalesforce Sales Cloud Consultant - Preferred\nSalesforce Service Cloud Consultant - Preferred\n\nExperience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.\nExperience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation.\nExperience working with Salesforce Delivery/Implementation teams.\nUnderstanding of Salesforce configuration and standard platform capabilities.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong documentation and technical writing skills, or a strong interest in developing technical writing skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in a Salesforce consulting or professional services environment.\nExperience supporting Salesforce implementation and transformation projects.\nStrong knowledge of Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or MuleSoft.\nKnowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs.\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project/documentation tools.\nExperience creating client-facing presentations and solution demonstrations.\nKnowledge of public-sector or regulated-industry Salesforce projects is an advantage.\nKey Skills\nSalesforce:
