We follow ethical principles and always acknowledge the value each associate, partner, and client brings to the table.\nPosition overview\nWe are seeking an experienced, highly organized Salesforce Project Manager with Scrum Master capabilities to lead Salesforce project delivery and facilitate Agile processes for our clients. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of Salesforce implementations, and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).\nYou will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing scope and change, monitoring progress, and acting as the day-to-day point of contact for the client's project team.\nExperience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and delivery for government or public-sector clients is preferred. French language proficiency is a strong asset.\nKey responsibilities\nLead and manage Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project scope, quality standards, and client expectations.\nManage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and resources to ensure successful project execution.\nManage scope and change: identify changes early, work with the architect and leads to estimate them, and prepare change requests for client review and approval.\nFacilitate Agile project management processes and Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nUtilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage project tasks, backlogs, user stories, sprint boards, and delivery progress.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, business analysts, architects, QA professionals, and other stakeholders.\nCollaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to prioritize requirements, manage backlogs, and align sprint objectives with business goals.\nIdentify and resolve project blockers, risks, and issues to maintain delivery momentum and meet project milestones.\nEnsure adherence to Salesforce best practices, architecture guidelines, and solution design standards.\nMonitor sprint progress, team performance, and project KPIs, providing regular, accurate status updates and reports to client and internal stakeholders.\nEngage with stakeholders at all levels, including client representatives, partner teams, and executive leadership, to manage expectations and support effective decision-making.\nPromote Agile best practices, continuous improvement, team collaboration, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.\nBe on the client site three days a week to facilitate collaboration, conduct project discussions, and support delivery activities.\nQualifications\nMinimum 6+ years of relevant professional experience in project management, Salesforce project delivery, Scrum Master responsibilities, or a related role.\nProven experience managing Salesforce projects, preferably large-scale implementations.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce features, architecture, implementation methodologies, and best practices.\nHands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking, sprint management, backlog management, and reporting.\nStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, with experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.\nExperience managing scope and change on client projects, including estimating and documenting change requests.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project stakeholders at various organizational levels.\nExcellent organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of being dependable and responsive to clients.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, project dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines effectively.\nSalesforce certifications are mandatory for this role.\nStrong English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nWillingness to work in a hybrid arrangement and be on the client site three days a week.\nPreferred skills\nExperience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and delivery for government or public-sector clients.\nFrench language proficiency (spoken and written) is a strong asset.\nExperience working in multi-vendor delivery environments alongside partner or prime-contractor teams.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce solutions.\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.\nExperience working in a consulting or professional services environment.\nStrong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, conflict-resolution, and continuous-improvement skills.\nLocation: Montreal / Toronto, Canada | This role requires being on the client site in Montreal or Toronto three days a week.
