We follow ethical principles and always acknowledge the value each associate, partner, and client brings to the table.\nPosition Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce solution design, development, integrations, and data migration. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and pre-sales teams to define solution architecture, support solutioning and estimation activities, and ensure successful project delivery. Experience with Apex, Lightning components, integrations, and Salesforce best practices is required. Prior experience in Public Sector or Government projects is a strong advantage.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices and business requirements.\nWork with pre-sales, and business stakeholders to lead solution design, effort estimation, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.\nArchitect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, providing technical leadership for integrations, customizations, best practices, and successful project execution.\nManage the implementation of improvements and new functionality in Salesforce applications.\nProvide support and solutions for break/fix issues.\nCommunicate and collaborate with technical resources and stakeholders regarding project status, technical issues, and solutions.\nPerform Salesforce administration tasks (e.g., creating accounts/profiles, defining fields, updating layouts, reports, dashboards).\nSupport Salesforce.com configuration tasks, such as field/page updates, workflows, and automated approvals.\nAssist with data migration-related activities for system cutover and Salesforce go-live.\nManage multiple projects and priorities using project management methodologies to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions.\nMonitor Salesforce.com usage to ensure compliance and maintain data security.\nInterface with business analysts and technical staff to deliver complete work products.\nImplement and integrate AppExchange platforms.\nResearch and resolve integration issues, collaborating with operations and development teams.\nQualifications\n8+ years of Salesforce experience with strong expertise in solution architecture, Apex, LWC, integrations, estimation, and pre-sales activities.\nFunctional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and the ability to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements.\nProven client-facing consulting experience;
