This opportunity is ideal for freshers who are interested in building a career in Technical Recruitment and Human Resources.\nThe internship will be for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time employment opportunity based on the candidate’s performance, skills, and overall contribution during the internship.\nThe role will have a strong focus on recruitment, with approximately 90% of the responsibilities dedicated to Recruitment and 10% involving other HR activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Recruitment - 90%\nUnderstand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to identify candidate requirements.\nSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.\nReview and screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.\nConduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, communication, availability, and interest in the opportunity.\nCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interview panels.\nMaintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.\nMaintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.\nCoordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders regarding candidate status and interview feedback.\nAssist in preparing and sharing job postings across relevant recruitment platforms.\nSupport offer coordination and candidate follow-ups through the hiring process.\nDevelop an understanding of various IT roles, technologies, skill sets, and technical hiring requirements.\nEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.\nHR Activities - 10%\nAssist with general HR activities and day-to-day HR operations.\nSupport onboarding and documentation activities for new employees.\nMaintain employee and HR-related records as required.\nAssist with employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.\nSupport the HR team with additional administrative and coordination activities when required.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.\nFreshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.\nStrong interest in Technical Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.\nGood understanding of MS Office/Google Workspace.\nAbility to multitask and manage multiple candidates and requirements simultaneously.\nStrong follow-up and coordination skills.\nGood attention to detail and organizational skills.\nWillingness to learn about different technical roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Skills\nBasic understanding of IT/technical roles such as Software Developer, Salesforce Developer, Business Analyst, QA Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Solution Architect, etc.\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn, job portals, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or recruitment tools.\nPrevious internship, academic project, or exposure to recruitment/HR will be an added advantage.\nWhat We Offer\n₹10,000 per month stipend during the 6-month internship.\nPractical exposure to end-to-end technical recruitment.\nOpportunity to work with hiring managers and recruitment professionals.\nHands-on experience with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.\nOpportunity to develop knowledge of various technical roles and technologies.\nPotential full-time employment opportunity based on performance during the internship.\nStarting full-time salary package: ₹3.0 LPA -
