Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and professionalism are key to ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.\nHourly pay range:\n$19.00 - $20.00 DOE\nWhat you'll do: Includes but not limited to:\nGreeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.\nChecking guests in and out of the hotel.\nAnswering phone calls and assisting guests with inquiries.\nMaking reservations and handling bookings.\nProviding information about hotel services and amenities.\nHandling guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.\nEnsuring the front desk area is clean and organized.\nAssisting with luggage and transportation arrangements.\nMaintaining guest confidentiality and security.\nWorking closely with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.\nAssists in the handling of guest service requests and various concerns as required. \nConducts follow-up activity as needed with new and current guests to establish and maintain positive guest relations. \nEnsure that guests are provided with a clean, safe, well-maintained community. \nEnsures security deposit dispositions are prepared in a consistent manner immediately after move-out, time being of the essence. \nMaintain high standards of guest services and relations. \nEnsure that maintenance requests are handled as quickly, efficiently and effectively as possible and always within 24 hours. If parts must be ordered, causing a delay, guests should be notified in a timely manner. If the work order is not resolved within 48 hours, the regional manager should be notified. \nRepresent the company and the community you manage in a professional manner. Maintain a positive businesslike attitude in person and on the telephone and neat, clean, professional dress and grooming appropriate for greeting the public. \nAdhere to Fair Housing Policy, ADA, Injury and Illness Prevention Policy and Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Policy.\nWhat you'll need:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent /college degree or related coursework; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nProficient at Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
