Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead and manage our Campus Recruitment program, with a focus on building a strong fresher talent pipeline.\nThe role will be primarily focused on Campus Hiring (80%), along with Lateral Hiring (20%) across technical and non-technical roles.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end campus recruitment activities across colleges and universities.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with placement cells, colleges and institutes.\nPlan and execute campus drives, recruitment campaigns, assessments and interviews.\nManage the complete campus hiring process from college engagement to offer and onboarding.\nDevelop and execute the annual campus hiring plan and calendar.\nIdentify new colleges and talent pools based on business requirements.\nCoordinate with Hiring Managers and HR teams to understand hiring requirements.\nSupport lateral hiring for selected technical and non-technical positions.\nTrack recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, conversion ratio and hiring cost.\nManage recruitment partners, assessment platforms and campus hiring vendors.\nEnsure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.\nLead and guide recruiters/trainees involved in campus hiring activities.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n4-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Campus Recruitment.\nStrong hands-on experience in campus hiring and college relationships.\nExperience managing bulk/fresher hiring drives.\nGood understanding of assessments, interview processes and offer management.\nStrong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to work with multiple colleges, candidates and internal stakeholders simultaneously.\nData-driven approach with good understanding of recruitment metrics.\nExperience in IT/EdTech/Technology/Training organizations will be an advantage.\nIdeal Candidate Profile\n80% Campus Recruitment | 20% Lateral
