This role goes beyond basic writing - it requires a strong understanding of business objectives, audience intent, and brand positioning to ensure every piece of content delivers measurable impact.\nThe ideal candidate will create and manage content across multiple formats, including short-form creatives, ad copies, social media posts, emailers, landing pages, long-form articles, PR drafts, and marketing collaterals. You will play a key role in maintaining CloudThat’s brand voice, supporting PR initiatives, and collaborating closely with marketing, design, social media, and leadership teams to deliver engaging and conversion-driven content.\nThis role is ideal for someone who is execution-focused, business-aware, and eager to grow into a larger content strategy role over time. It offers strong learning exposure across B2B and B2C marketing, thought leadership content, and brand-building initiatives within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nExecute the end-to-end content lifecycle-ideation, creation, publishing, and optimization-with a strong focus on quality and timelines. \nEnsure consistency of CloudThat’s brand voice across all content formats and channels. \nDraft and manage PR content, including press releases, executive articles, and media communications. \nDevelop high-impact content across formats-blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, social media, ad copies, brochures, and video scripts. \nCreate campaign-aligned assets that support GTM initiatives and drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions. \nApply SEO best practices and track content performance to continuously improve impact. \nCollaborate cross-functionally with design, performance, social, and leadership teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns. \nIdentify emerging content trends and opportunities to strengthen positioning and reach. \nEnsure all content is business-aligned, insight-driven, and conversion-focused. \nDemonstrate learning agility and strategic thinking to progressively take on larger content ownership. \nRequirements: \n(Must-Have):\n2-4 years of proven experience in content writing across B2B and/or B2C environments. \nStrong ability to write across formats-long-form thought leadership, PR articles, landing pages, case studies, ad copies, and social content. \nExcellent command of English with strong storytelling, clarity, and persuasive writing skills. \nSolid understanding of content marketing fundamentals, buyer intent, and funnel-based messaging. \nWorking knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization. \nAbility to translate complex technical concepts (Cloud, AI, Data, DevOps, etc.) into clear, engaging, and business-focused narratives. \nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, performance, social, leadership). \nStrong attention to detail, research capability, and ability to meet tight deadlines. \nGood to Have (Nice-to-Have):\nExperience in B2B tech/IT/cloud domain content. \nFamiliarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot) and basic HTML. \nCertifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Content Marketing. \nExposure to content analytics and marketing automation tools. \nExperience in writing executive thought leadership or LinkedIn branding content. \nUnderstanding of demand generation content (webinars, gated assets, campaign-led content). \nExperience in mentoring junior writers or contributing to structured content processes. \nWhat We Offer:\n· Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.\n· Learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills.\n· A collaborative, diverse, and growth-focused team environment.\n· Be a part of the ONLY company in the world to be recognized by Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud with prestigious awards in 2025.\nApplication Process: Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a Virtual/Face to Face interview.
