Trainer to deliver instructor-led and corporate training programs on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, with specialization in either Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Finance modules.\nThe ideal candidate should possess strong domain knowledge, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, and excellent training and presentation skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver instructor-led classroom and virtual training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.\nConduct hands-on demonstrations, labs, and real-time use cases.\nDevelop and update training content, presentations, lab guides, and assessments.\nMentor learners on ERP implementation concepts and best practices.\nSupport curriculum enhancement based on Microsoft product updates.\nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure successful training delivery.\nEvaluate learner progress and provide feedback.\nMandatory Skills\nStrong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.\nFunctional expertise in either:Supply Chain Management (SCM), or\nFinance.\n\nGood understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to conduct corporate and classroom training.\nEducational Qualification\nPreferred:\nB.E./B.Tech + MBA (Supply Chain Management or Finance)\nOR\nMBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or Finance\nPreferred Experience\n1-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP.\nPrior experience as a Corporate Trainer, Functional Consultant, or ERP Consultant.\nExperience delivering instructor-led or corporate training programs.\nMicrosoft Dynamics certifications are an added advantage.\nPreferred Skills\nAdult learning and facilitation skills.\nStrong stakeholder management.\nProblem-solving and analytical
