In this role, you will drive organic growth by executing effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies. You’ll work closely with content, design, and development teams to enhance website visibility, search rankings, and user experience. The role also includes regular tracking and reporting of SEO performance using tools like GA4, SEMrush, and Search Console. Your insights will help optimize campaigns and improve overall digital performance. This is a high-impact role with clear visibility across marketing initiatives.\nKey Responsibility: \nPlan, implement, and manage SEO strategies (on-page and off-page).\nPerform detailed keyword research to guide content teams.\nConduct regular technical audits and implement SEO fixes.\nOptimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for search engines.\nTrack, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO performance.\nCollaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to improve UX and crawlability.\nStay current with the latest trends and changes in SEO, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.\nRequirements: \nMust Have:\n2-4 years of proven SEO experience across technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.\n Strong proficiency in SEO tools including Google Search Console, GA4 (Google Analytics 4), SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and other relevant platforms.\nExperience with CMS platforms, especially WordPress; familiarity with others is a plus.\nSolid understanding of web technologies such as HTML/CSS, canonical tags, schema markup, robots.txt, sitemaps, and indexing best practices.\nAbility to create and present SEO reports using PowerPoint or similar tools, showcasing performance metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations.\nSkilled in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex SEO data into actionable insights.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving SEO challenges.\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.\nGood to Have:\nFamiliarity with Core Web Vitals and performance optimization techniques (e.g., page speed, mobile usability, lazy loading).\n Experience with international SEO, including hreflang tags, geo-targeting, and multilingual content strategies.\n Proficiency with MS Excel & data visualization tools like Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio), Tableau, or Power BI for SEO reporting.\nCertification on SEO/Digital Marketing or related field.\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive salary and performance bonuses.\n Learning & development opportunities.\nCollaborative and diverse team environment.\nBe a part of the ONLY company in the world to be recognized by Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud with prestigious awards in 2025\nApplication Process:\nShortlisted candidates will be contacted for a Virtual/Face to Face interview.
