Role Summary\nCloudThat is seeking an on-ground Technical Programme Manager to own the end-to-end execution of cloud, AI and technology learning programmes within a university environment.\nThe role sits at the intersection of technical facilitation, programme management, learner engagement and stakeholder management. The individual will drive adoption and engagement across digital learning platforms, classroom programmes, certification initiatives, workshops, bootcamps and other technology enablement initiatives.\nThe role will work closely with cloud technology partners, university stakeholders, learners, faculty and internal CloudThat teams to ensure smooth programme execution, measurable learner outcomes and a positive stakeholder experience.\nSuccess in this role will be measured through learner engagement, programme adoption, participation and completion, learning outcomes, certification progression, stakeholder satisfaction and overall programme success.\n2. Scope of Responsibilities\nAct as the primary on-ground programme facilitator and coordinator for CloudThat’s technology learning initiatives at the university. \nDrive awareness, enrolment, participation and sustained engagement across cloud, AI and other technology learning programmes. \nFacilitate selected foundational learning sessions, workshops, bootcamps and learner activities in alignment with the agreed programme plan. \nSupport the adoption and effective utilisation of digital learning platforms, LMS environments, cloud learning resources and other technology-enabled learning solutions. \nCoordinate with technology partners, university stakeholders and CloudThat teams to ensure smooth execution, communication and issue resolution. \nPlan and coordinate learner cohorts, workshops, certification preparation sessions, bootcamps and other academic/industry engagement activities. \nTrack programme metrics such as enrolment, activation, participation, completion, learner engagement, certification progress and feedback. \nPrepare periodic programme reports, dashboards and status updates for internal and external stakeholders. \nGather learner and faculty feedback, identify operational challenges and drive appropriate corrective actions. \nWork closely with faculty and university teams to identify opportunities for improving learner participation and programme outcomes. \nSupport new technology initiatives and pilots introduced by CloudThat or its technology partners. \nRepresent CloudThat professionally and act as a trusted bridge between technology partners, university stakeholders and CloudThat.\n\n3. Expected Outcomes\nStrong learner participation and engagement across assigned technology programmes. \nSuccessful execution of cloud, AI and technology learning initiatives within the university. \nImproved adoption and utilisation of digital learning platforms and resources. \nConsistent on-ground ownership and programme management. \nImproved learner progression towards industry-recognised certifications and skills. \nTimely reporting, issue resolution and stakeholder communication. \nPositive learner, faculty, university and partner experience. \nIdentification and implementation of opportunities to improve programme effectiveness. \n\n4. Required Qualifications\nEducation\nB.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline. An MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.\nExperience\n2-4 years of experience in technical training delivery, EdTech programme management, campus engagement, learning programme management or technology enablement. \nDemonstrated experience managing programmes end-to-end with external stakeholders. \nExperience working with students, faculty, corporate stakeholders or technology partners. \nExperience managing defined programme targets, engagement metrics or adoption goals. \n\nTechnical\nWorking knowledge of cloud computing fundamentals, including compute, storage, networking, IAM/security and databases. \nBasic understanding of AI/ML and emerging technology concepts is preferred. \nCloud certification such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent cloud certification is preferred. \nFamiliarity with digital learning platforms, LMS environments, cloud learning platforms or technology-enabled learning ecosystems. \nComfort with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards and programme reporting. \nAbility to facilitate technical learning sessions and respond to basic learner queries. \n\nBehavioural\nStrong classroom and large-group facilitation skills. \nExcellent stakeholder communication and coordination abilities. \nAbility to independently manage a programme at a university location. \nStrong ownership and problem-solving mindset. \nAbility to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities. \nGood written and verbal communication skills. \nFluency in English and Hindi. \n\n5.
