You'll collaborate closely with the product and QA leads to ensure speed, structure, and flawless execution while building robust documentation and engineering discipline from the ground up.\n\nResponsibilities: \nTake complete technical ownership of the MERN stack applications: develop, analyze, debug, and enhance existing code without prior knowledge transfer.\nArchitect and implement scalable, modular, and maintainable solutions across all products.\nCollaborate with the product manager to translate business goals into technical execution plans.\nDrive AI and automation integrations (e. g., LLMs, NLP, chatbots, and analytics) into existing systems.\nCreate and enforce detailed documentation, code structure, APIs, architecture diagrams, and deployment processes.\nOwn CI/CD, version control, code reviews, and performance optimization.\nIdentify and fix scalability, performance, and security gaps proactively.\nEnsure strong alignment between the tech roadmap and product vision.\nBring in best practices for testing, deployment, and code documentation.\n\nRequirements: \n5-8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js ).\nStrong experience with WebSocket / socket programming is a must. WebSocket is a mandatory advantage.\nStrong knowledge of Kafka, Nginx, or GraphQL.\nProven experience leading or architecting multi-module SaaS products in startup environments.\nStrong command over REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous architecture.\nExpert in building AI-powered products using AI agents and using modern vibe coding workflows to rapidly prototype and scale intelligent applications.\nExposure to AI/ML or third-party integration using APIs or SDKs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, TensorFlow, etc. ).\nUnderstanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).\nDeep passion for processes, API documentation, and clean code.\nStrong debugging and reverse-engineering skills and the ability to understand complex systems quickly.
