Someone who can dive deep into an existing codebase built on the MERN stack, understand it with zero knowledge transfer, and drive innovation and structure from day one. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll act as both an individual contributor and a technical lead, managing architecture, code quality, scalability, and AI integrations. You'll collaborate closely with the product and QA leads to ensure speed, structure, and flawless execution while building robust documentation and engineering discipline from the ground up.\nResponsibilities:\nTake complete technical ownership of the MERN stack applications; analyze, debug, and enhance existing code without prior knowledge transfer; and ensure Websocket is a mandatory requirement.\nArchitect and implement scalable, modular, and maintainable solutions across all products.\nLead and mentor a team of 10-12 developers; set clear coding standards, enforce reviews, and ensure sprint discipline.\nCollaborate with the product manager to translate business goals into technical execution plans.\nDrive AI and automation integrations (e. g., LLMs, NLP, chatbots, analytics) into existing systems.\nCreate and enforce detailed documentation, code structure, APIs, architecture diagrams, and deployment processes.\nOwn CI/CD, version control, code reviews, and performance optimization.\nIdentify and fix scalability, performance, and security gaps proactively.\nEnsure strong alignment between tech roadmap and product vision.\nBring in best practices for testing, deployment, and code documentation.\nRequirements:\n8-12 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js ).\nProven experience leading or architecting multi-module SaaS products in startup environments.\nStrong command over REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous architecture.\nExposure to AI/ML integration using APIs or SDKs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, TensorFlow, etc. ).\nExcellent understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).\nProactive, fast-moving, and startup-oriented mindset; thrives in ambiguity.\nDeep passion for processes, documentation, and clean code.\nStrong debugging and reverse-engineering skills and the ability to understand complex systems quickly.\nAbility to balance IC responsibilities with team leadership.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience in AI-driven or HR tech platforms is an added advantage.\nKnowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, or GraphQL.\nFamiliarity with Agile, Jira, Git, and API documentation tools like Postman or Swagger.\nPrior experience in scaling startups or early-stage product teams.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2805,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":8,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":10,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Cloud Consulting & Migration","Analytics & BI Consulting","Data Engineering & Migration Services"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-17T08:53:05Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":12,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":0.4,"p_active":0.684,"p_room":0.45,"age_days":45,"expected_fill_days":28,"reasons":["seen:45","win:tail"],"computed_at":"2026-11-02T06:13:15Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/cloudwick-technologies-tech-lead","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/cloudwick-technologies-tech-lead.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-02T21:01:37Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":29423,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-03T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":6418},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=6418"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fcloudwick-technologies-tech-lead"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fcloudwick-technologies-tech-lead"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fcloudwick-technologies-tech-lead"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/cloudwick-technologies-tech-lead\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fcloudwick-technologies-tech-lead"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":998265}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"cloudwick.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":998265},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people);
