About The Role
We are hiring a Brainrot Intern - a genuinely chronically online character who breathes internet culture and Gen Z humor. You'll own ~85% of the brainrot content across Clouted's channels: the memes, the trends, the unhinged-but-on-brand posts that make people stop scrolling. If you can feel a trend before it peaks and turn it into content the same day, this is your canvas.
What You'll Own
1. Brainrot Content (85% of output)
Own the majority of Clouted's brainrot/meme content across our channels.
Ideate, create, and post culturally native content - fast, funny, and on-brand.
Ride trends the moment they emerge; if you see it, you're posting it that day.
2. Culture & Trend Radar
Live at the front of internet culture, Gen Z humor, and platform trends.
Bring formats, sounds, and references to the team before they go mainstream.
3. Iteration
Track what lands, double down on what works, and kill what doesn't - quickly.
Help evolve Clouted's voice and comedic sensibility on social.
What Success Looks Like
- Killer social video (TikToks/Reels) and content is produced start-to-finish by this individual each week, with them seeing our channels as a creative canvas for thinking of outside the box skits, stunts, videos, etc. in an effort to grow Clouted's name strategically.
- The Marketing Team receives a weekly brief of new trends happening on the platform, ideas for new content to shoot, and retro of what content we published last week & our learnings for future content.
- Clouted's channels stay active, consistent, and on-brand week over week with high-quality content.
- Analytics reporting is timely and actually informs decisions.
- The marketing team has a reliable, high-agency partner who moves fast.
- The right person earns an expanded role - more hours, more ownership, more comp.

Requirements
- High agency - you don't wait to be told what to do next. - A portfolio or examples of social content - required. Link it or don't apply.
- Solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form best practices. - Not afraid of being "cringe" on camera for skits, videos, etc. - Comfortable being on-camera and can create different "characters" they act as on camera. - Able to turn-around some content pieces quickly (same day/within hours).
- Ability to report to our Playa Del Rey office during the week.
