system.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a standardised method of capturing and maintaining spare parts information, ensuring that all relevant details are clearly documented and aligned across the business.\nRequirements\nBEng degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.\nGood understanding of engineering processes, maintenance operations and/or spare parts management.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of data.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.\nExperience with ERP systems, preferably Pragma, will be an advantage.\nGood communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nCompetencies\nProactive and action orientated spare parts master data within Pragma.\nDevelop and implement standardised naming conventions and data-capturing guidelines for engineering spare parts.\nEnsure consistent and accurate information is recorded for each item, including:\nItem Type\nManufacturer\nSpecifications and technical details\nApplication and intended use\nAssociated equipment\nRelevant plant and operational area\nIdentify duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate or unclear SKU descriptions and recommend corrective action.\nWork closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, Stores and relevant plant teams to validate technical information.\nEstablish a sustainable process for creating, updating and maintaining spare parts master data.\nImprove spare parts identification, searchability and traceability to support maintenance planning, procurement and inventory management.\nMonitor data quality and develop reporting mechanisms to track progress and ensure ongoing compliance with the agreed
