You’ll operate as a force-multiplier to the Chairman and executive team: orchestrating execution across organizational boundaries, defining innovative pilots, testing hypotheses, structuring problems that don’t yet have owners, and driving initiatives that directly shape Clover’s growth and operational leverage.\nAs a Chairman Programs Lead, you will:\nArchitect Strategic Programs: Translate high-level goals into MECE workstreams with clear interfaces, owners, and timelines.\nDrive Execution with Chairman-Standard Rigor: Own initiatives from kickoff through outcomes. Set the pace. Maintain altitude and detail without losing either.\nAlign Stakeholders Across Levels and Functions: Influence without authority. Drive accountability through clarity, not escalation.\nTranslate Ambiguity Into Action: When no playbook exists, build one. When priorities are unclear, force rank them. When coordination breaks down, rebuild the system.\nCollaborate Across Boundaries: Manage projects that touch internal teams and external partners - vendors, regulators, and strategic collaborators. Align internal readiness to external dependencies.\nSuccess in this role looks like:\nFirst 90 days: Quickly grasp Clover's business model, establish key relationships, identify 2-3 high-priority initiatives, and implement a structured framework for tracking strategic projects.\nFirst 6 months: Successfully drive multiple cross-functional initiatives to completion, develop systems improving operational efficiency, and establish yourself as a trusted Chairman advisor on strategic priorities.\nFirst year: Create scalable coordination mechanisms that improve execution across teams, resolve strategic misalignments, and deliver measurable business impact on growth and operational leverage.\nYou should get in touch if:\nYou’ve had 3-10 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), in BizOps at a tech company, or in a high-trust internal strategy/Chief of Staff-type role. \nYou think in structured logic, write with precision, and speak in synthesized insights.\nYou’re not a deck-maker.
