Advert Summary \n\n Clover is seeking a suitably qualified and detail-oriented Engineering professional to lead the standardisation and improvement of engineering spare parts master data within the Pragma system.\n\n The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a standardised method of capturing and maintaining spare parts information, ensuring that all relevant details are clearly documented and aligned across the business.\n\nRequirements \n\n BEng degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.\n\n Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.\n\n Good understanding of engineering processes, maintenance operations and/or spare parts management.\n\n Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of data.\n\n Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.\n\n Experience with ERP systems, preferably Pragma, will be an advantage.\n\n Good communication and stakeholder engagement conventions and data-capturing guidelines for engineering spare parts.\n\n Ensure consistent and accurate information is recorded for each item, including:\n\n Item Type\n\n Manufacturer\n\n Specifications and technical details\n\n Application and intended use\n\n Associated equipment\n\n Relevant plant and operational area\n\n Identify duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate or unclear SKU descriptions and recommend corrective action.\n\n Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, Stores and relevant plant teams to validate technical information.\n\n Establish a sustainable process for creating, updating and maintaining spare parts master data.\n\n Improve spare parts identification, searchability and traceability to support maintenance planning, procurement and inventory management.\n\n Monitor data quality and develop reporting mechanisms to track progress and ensure ongoing compliance with the agreed standards.\n\nDeadline:31st
