Following that week, we will schedule a meeting for the presentation of the outcome of the project with one member of the local team and the local team lead.\nResponsibilities\nPresent inspiring software demos and product presentation\nBe the central point to guide corporate clients in their 3D implementation strategy\nProvide technical support to corporate clients in their usage of CLO, CLO-SET and the other solutions we develop and maintain a high level of user satisfaction\nBe a corporate user advocate and liaison to other teams; identify corporate user challenges and partner with other departments to develop solutions / resolve issues\nMonitor and assess software utilization at key client accounts, collaborating with Business Development Managers to identify growth opportunities and support the development of strategic initiatives\nTrain on and off-site new and existing corporate users to help them become proficient in CLO, CLO-SET and the other solutions we offer\nParticipate in client projects on and off-site (open to international travel)\nCollaborate with the CLO Design & Implementation team (locally and globally) to organize and facilitate events/ projects to create corporate user engagement and awareness of our products\nCreate informative tutorial videos for our YouTube channel and PDF guides to educate our corporate and individual user communities\nHelp the Customer Experience department organize open workshops and other user engagement events/projects for our global Individual user community\nCreate 3D content for user engagement, social media, and various initiatives\nCollaborate with software developers and UX designers to propose innovative features and/or feature improvements\nFollow up with the development team on bugs and crashes reported by users\nBeta Test the latest CLO versions before release and report any feedback/bug/crash to the development team.\nRequirements (hard skills)\nStrong base in the CLO Software and/or Marvelous Designer\nKnowledge of our platforms CONNECT and CLO-SET\nExperience as a designer or pattern maker, preferably in the apparel industry, with a strong understanding of garment construction and the apparel/accessory development process\nExcellent knowledge in Pattern Making\nKnowledge in the Adobe suit is a must (especially Photoshop & Illustrator)\nKnowledge of other 2D CAD software (Modaris, Gerber, Optitex, etc..) and other 3D software (blender, Rhino, 3dsMax, etc...) is a strong plus\nGood professional writing skills Good presentation and public speaking skills\nMust be fluent in English;
