The role will focus on requirements gathering, process analysis, functional documentation, testing, UAT coordination, and issue resolution, acting as a bridge between business and technology teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements for application enhancements and projects.\n\n- Prepare Business/Functional Requirement Specifications and translate business needs into clear requirements for technology teams.\n\n- Understand existing business processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and propose process enhancements.\n\n- Act as a communication bridge between business users, application teams, solution teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.\n\n- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test plans based on business and functional requirements.\n\n- Perform application readiness, integration, and functional testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\n\n- Monitor UAT progress, track defects, coordinate resolutions, and ensure timely closure of testing activities.\n\n- Investigate and analyze user-reported application issues, identify root causes, and work with technical teams to implement appropriate solutions.\n\n- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirement discussions, walkthroughs, and status reviews.\n\n- Provide regular updates on requirements, testing, issues, dependencies, and project progress.\n\n- Support project planning, timelines, coordination, and vendor management activities where required.\n\n- Evaluate new ideas and proposed changes for business and technical feasibility.\n\n- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and improve application efficiency and user experience.\n\n- Maintain functional documentation, process flows, test evidence, issue logs, and other project artefacts.\n\n- Ensure requirements and solutions align with applicable business, security, compliance, and governance standards.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 3 -
