The ideal candidate will possess deep, hands-on architectural and technical expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), specifically focusing on Discovery, ACCV, CMDB, and Service Mapping.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- ACCV Implementation : Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and deployment of ServiceNow Agent Client Collector for Visibility (ACCV) across the customer's infrastructure.\n\n- ITOM Strategy & Execution : Design and configure ServiceNow Discovery and top-down Service Mapping to ensure accurate mapping of IT infrastructure and business services.\n\n- CMDB Health & Governance : Establish CMDB architecture best practices, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and health using the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework.\n\n- Technical Leadership : Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ITOM Visibility.
