You’ll lead the team behind the cloud infrastructure and reliability of the CluePoints platform, working closely with Engineering, Product, Release, and Information Security colleagues.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead and grow the SRE team: hiring, mentoring, and setting technical direction while giving tech leads room to own their solutions.\nShape and deliver the cloud infrastructure roadmap, covering Azure and Kubernetes, platform upgrades, and cloud cost.\nDrive infrastructure as code and self-service provisioning, limiting manual intervention.\nOwn availability and reliability, from SLO/SLAs, error budgets, and monitoring to on-call and incident response that turns post-incident learning into lasting improvement.\nKeep the platform secure, current, and resilient, from identity and secrets management, network security and vulnerability remediation to version lifecycle and recovery testing.\nLead and assist with platform migrations, partnering with key stakeholders to deliver safe, dependable deployments across environments.\nAutomate operational work and build controls that produce audit-ready evidence, in line with ISO 27001 and GxP requirements, acting as the primary contact for auditors and customers on infrastructure topics.\nWhat You'll Bring\n7+ years in SRE or platform/infrastructure engineering, including 2+ years of leading engineers and of managing technical roadmaps and projects.\nStrong cloud infrastructure experience, ideally Azure and Kubernetes (AKS), with a track record of automating deployments and removing manual operational work.\nSolid infrastructure-as-code experience, and comfortable coding for automation.\nHands-on experience with observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana/Loki, DataDog, or ElasticSearch.\nExperience leading incident response and owning platform resilience and recovery, from design through testing and evidencing the results.\nSound technical judgement and clear communication, able to explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.\nNice to Have\nB2B SaaS experience in a heavily regulated environment (e.g. pharma, telco, banking) and comfort working under formal change control.\nExperience running platform upgrade or migration programmes at scale, ideally including CI/CD platform migrations.\nHands-on experience with GitLab CI and GitHub Actions.\nWhat We Offer - Belgium\nHealth Insurance through Alan (100% hospitalisation cover, 80% ambulatory and dental)\nMobility Budget for eco-transport, housing, or car allowance (flexible 3-pillar system)\nGroup Insurance Plan with 6-12% employer pension contribution based on seniority\nMeal Vouchers (€8/day) and Eco Vouchers for sustainable purchases\nA hub-based hybrid model that blends flexibility with purpose - connecting teams through collaboration, learning, and a vibrant social culture.\nEqual Opportunities & GDPR NoticeCluePoints is an equal opportunities employer.
