Experience designing and running onboarding or ramp programmes for a sales team.\nStrong stakeholder management skills - comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Product.\nNice to Have\nDirect experience with Docebo or a comparable LMS/sales enablement platform.\nExperience in clinical trials, life sciences, or another regulated SaaS environment.\nExperience briefing or managing instructional designers or otherL&D contractors.\nRequirements\nWhat You’ll Be DoingOrganise and structure our existing sales content into a clear, easy to-navigate playbook the whole team can find and use.\nOwn and maintain battlecards, objection handling guides, and competitive positioning material, keeping them current as the market evolves.\nBuild and run onboarding ramp plans for new sales hires, plusongoing coaching, reinforcement, and skill-gap interventions forthe existing team.\n Identify training and content gaps across the sales team and brief our instructional designer on what needs to be built.\nOwn content structure and adoption within Docebo, tracking usage data to understand what’s actually landing with reps - and act on what isn’t.\nBenefits\nEqual Opportunities & Data Protection Statement\nCluePoints is an equal opportunities employer.
