This is a hands-on role at the heart of CluePoints' multi-entity financial operations - owning the close cycle, leading group consolidation, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our reporting across four jurisdictions (Belgium, UK, Poland, and the US).\nResponsibilities\n What You'll Bring3-5 years PQE in a group or multi-entity finance function, with solid working knowledge of IFRS and experience preparing financial statements and disclosure notes.\nProven experience managing or supporting multi-entity statutory and group audits.\nFamiliarity with consolidation tools and multi-entity ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).\nExposure to international tax matters - transfer pricing, withholding tax, corporate income tax filings.\nIT-minded: advanced Excel, comfortable in ERP and consolidation software, and curious about AI-enabled accounting workflows.\nAccounting qualification - ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent.\nNice to HaveExperience in a PE-backed environment.\nBackground in SaaS, life sciences, or regulated technology sectors.\nFrench language skills.\nRequirements\nWhat You'll Be DoingOwn the monthly close cycle across group entities, delivering accurate consolidated Balance Sheet and P&L on time, every time.\nPrepare and review consolidated accounts and disclosures under IFRS and local GAAP, coordinating intercompany eliminations, FX translation, and consolidation adjustments across our four jurisdictions.\nServe as a key point of contact for group and statutory audits - preparing audit files and liaising directly with external auditors and tax advisors.\nIdentify and drive process improvements across the close and reporting cycle, leveraging Excel, NetSuite, consolidation tools, and AI-enabled workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.\nCoach and mentor accounting team members on technical accounting topics, close processes, and best practices.\nPartner with FP&A and business stakeholders to ensure outputs are clear, reliable, and decision-ready.\nBenefits\nEqual Opportunities & Data Protection Statement\nCluePoints is an equal opportunities employer.
