The position is essential in Mission Critical environments, but also helps with Health Care and TI projects. Responsibilities include coordination of the MEP model, guidance with processing MEP submittals, provide expertise with MEP related RFIs, track MEP construction progress, organize startup and commissioning documentation, and work with subcontractor and vendors to close punch list items.\nEssential Functions:\nRole model professionally for Interns, Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, and new AMEPs.\n\nIdentify and prioritize MEP information for Project Management team during Preconstruction.\n\nInitiate and schedule 3D Model coordination for assigned projects.\n\nOwnership of MEP related MOPs and cutover activities for assigned projects.\n\nOwnership of commissioning documentation with subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning agent.\n\nPrioritize and schedule vendor startup and commissioning.\n\nInitiate and organize MEP client training.\n\nBecome proficient in, and utilize, Clune established systems and technology to work efficiently and to the highest standards.\n\nBe an ambassador for Clune’s safety culture and OSHA standards to enforce a safe work environment and attend safety meetings.\n\nWhat We Offer\nAt Clune Construction we value each of our employees and care about their wellbeing.
