The core job duties include assisting in many phases of construction from budgeting, bidding, cost control, client relations, through closeout.\nEssential Functions:\nRole model professionally for Interns, Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, and new APMs.\n\nOwnership of the RFI process.\n\nOwnership of the submittal process.\n\nActive participation in the creation of accurate and timely budgets and bids.\n\nDevelop knowledge and understanding of project cost controls.\n\nOwnership of project documentation.\n\nActively participate in project meetings and take the lead and document OAC meetings.\n\nHeavy coordination with superintendent and project manager, including frequent site visits to monitor onsite progress.\n\nDistribute drawings, sketches, shop drawings, submittals, schedules and punchlists to subcontractor and site superintendent in a timely fashion to maintain the project schedule.\n\nOwnership of the closeout package process.\n\nBecome proficient in, and utilize, Clune established systems and technology to work efficiently and to the highest standards.\n\nBe an ambassador for Clune’s safety culture and OSHA standards to enforce a safe work environment and attend safety meetings.\n\nWhat We Offer\nAt Clune Construction we value each of our employees and care about their wellbeing. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, and internal equity. Please note that it is not common for candidates to be hired at the top of the range.
