This shared commitment has earned us recognition as a Best Place to Work, a US Best Managed Company and a recipient of the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Ethics.\nWhether you’re a seasoned construction professional or looking to bring your expertise to a new area, we welcome you to join our team and make an impact!\nImplement and update Site-Specific Safety Plan as the project progresses looking for opportunities to improve the program, guidelines and procedures.\nSite-specific Safety Orientation is provided to all Clune employees, Trade Partners, Visitors and Vendors detailing project specific safety requirements.\nSafety Audits on a frequent and regular basisDocumentation, follow-up, closure, data trending analysis\n\nDaily Task Hazard Analysis (DHA)Participate, review, track and file\nEnsure Clune project team members participate weekly with a different contractor during their DHA\n\nHigh Risk Activity (HRA): Track, evaluate, update and tie HRA to scheduleAssist in coordinating HRA Planning for Trade Partners performing high risk activities and present to all affected personnel in advance to review specific plans for complicated high-risk tasks\nReview pertinent HRA’s with in the weekly All-Hands Meeting\nEnsure required documentation is sent in from the trade partners\n\nManage Safety Related DocumentationManage filing processes for safety related documentation held by Clune\nMaintain safety performance data and report to the Owner via the Weekly Update\nManage Permit processes\n\nIncident Investigation and ReportingNotify owner immediately by phone of any injury to personnel or any potentially serious on-site incidents which may include unsafe conditions, near misses, property damage and/or environmental incidents.\nLead investigation process, documentation, and initial incident reporting. Provide a preliminary report within 12 hours to the owner.\nComplete follow-up on site including a formal written report, root cause, and corrective action.\nDevelop a lessons-learned and disseminate to all employees.\nMaintain an injury log within the OCIP guidelines for the duration of the work showing all OSHA recordable, lost time, and first-aid injuries\n\nInteraction with subcontractor safety staffCommunicate, review and resolve safety related issues with subcontractor safety representatives.\nEstablish and lead the Project Safety Committee.\nAudit subcontractor daily safety huddles and DHA’s\n\nEnsure required safety equipment, tools, supplies, etc. are available as needed, inspected and in proper working order.\nManage Crisis Management Program when necessary.\nSite Safety Managers must have the ability to complete the job requirements of all lower positions in the Safety Department hierarchy.\nWhat We Offer\nAt Clune Construction we value each of our employees and care about their wellbeing.
