The position is for a FTC 6 months contract, with possibility to become permanent afterwards.

Responsibilities:

Development & maintenance

• Work on our CRM platform (WPF application) and the internal applications and services around it

• Get hands-on with both .NET Framework and modern .NET codebases

• Contribute to backend Web APIs, Windows services, and Docker-hosted services

• Take part in requirements discussions and pick up small features and bug fixes

Database management

• Write and test SQL queries and changes against PostgreSQL databases

• Learn and follow our review and approval process for database changes

• Get exposure to data model and architecture decisions

Deployment & release

• Work within a Git-based branching and release workflow, from feature branch through QA to production

• Observe and assist with deployments across TEST/QA/LIVE environments using Docker, IIS, and ClickOnce

• Help with release validation and post-deployment checks

Collaboration & communication

• Work closely with your mentor, the Team Lead, QA, and Business Analysts through the ticket lifecycle in Jira

• Sit in on troubleshooting of production issues and learn how they are diagnosed

• Document what you build and add to the team's internal knowledge base

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of C# and the basics of the .NET ecosystem, from university, courses, or personal projects

• Understanding of object-oriented programming fundamentals

• Basic SQL knowledge and a grasp of relational database concepts

• Familiarity with Git, or willingness to learn it quickly

• Curiosity about how real production systems are built and maintained

• Willingness to work across both legacy and modern codebases

• Working proficiency in English

• Clear communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude

• Available to work from our office on an agreed weekly schedule

Nice to have:

• Any exposure to ASP.NET or ASP.NET Core Web APIs

• Any exposure to PostgreSQL specifically

• Awareness of Docker and Linux-hosted deployments

• Experience with Windows desktop applications (WPF or WinForms)

• Any use of Jira or a similar issue-tracking tool

• A portfolio, GitHub profile, or coursework project you can walk us through
