This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lease advisory surveyor to lead and advise on a broad range of landlord and tenant matters across the North of England, while playing a key role in growing the business and strengthening our market presence.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing lease events, leading rent review and lease renewal instructions, and providing strategic advice to a diverse client base across the core commercial property sectors.
