initiatives and operational application development \nCollaborate with controls engineers, project managers, and operations teams to support software integration needs \nParticipate in software architecture discussions, code reviews, and development planning \nTroubleshoot software-related issues within production and testing environments \nCreate and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and deployment procedures \nSupport application deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle maintenance\nContribute to software modernization initiatives across industrial automation \nRequirements\nRequirements\n5+ years of professional software engineering or software development experience\nStrong proficiency in:\nC# \nPython\n.NET / ASP.NET \nSQL databases\nExperience building enterprise or industrial software applications \nStrong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, and application lifecycle management \nExperience with REST APIs, integrations, and backend services \nFamiliarity with source control and development tools (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.) \nAbility to work cross-functionally with technical and operational teams \nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities \nExcellent communication and documentation skills\nNice to have skills:\nBlazor\nWPF \n.NET MAUI\nDocker or containerized applications \nMongoDB
