This role offers a unique combination of corporate and project development matters, working closely with the Partner who advises energy and natural resources clients on complex cross-border projects, transactions and commercial arrangements across Asia and globally, encompassing LNG, gas, power, mining and energy transition-related matters.\nAlong with first rate exposure to large and complex corporate transactions and energy projects, you will work in close collaboration with the Partner. This role also offers meaningful opportunity and scope for training, development, active involvement in business development and client facing activities.\nCandidates looking to establish their career and become an integral member of a growing team are encouraged to get in touch or apply directly.\nCandidate Profile\nTo be considered for this position, candidates should possess a combination of the following attributes, experience and skills:\nMust be qualified in a common law jurisdiction apart from Singapore (e.g. England & Wales, Australia,HK, U.S.)\n2-5 years' post-qualification experience, with an energy/projects background or with a general corporate background and genuine interest to join a projects and energy practice.\nUK law-qualified candidates currently living in other countries who are willing to relocate to Singapore are welcome to apply\nPragmatic and proactive mindset, taking initiative, anticipating challenges and actively seeking effective solutions\nExcellent legal drafting, research and problem-solving skills\nProven ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships with clients, local counsel and colleagues\nLanguage proficiency: English (native).
