The role will provide exposure to a varied caseload and the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge and case management skills within a supportive and experienced team.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe successful candidate will:\nAssist Associates and Senior Associates with the day-to-day management and progression of abuse claims caseloads.\nSupport with reviewing new and existing claims and progressing matters appropriately.\nDraft correspondence and other case-related documentation.\nReview and manage documentation, records and evidence relating to claims.\nLiaise professionally with clients and other relevant parties throughout the lifecycle of a matter.\nManage tasks and deadlines effectively across a volume caseload.\nEnsure files and case management systems are kept accurate and up to date.\nWork collaboratively with colleagues to ensure matters are progressed efficiently and consistently.\nDevelop their technical knowledge and understanding of abuse and neglect claims.\nSupport the wider team as required.\n\nAbout You\nWe are looking for someone who:\nIs a qualified solicitor at Junior Associate level.\nHas previous experience of working with a claims portal, ideally gained within a volume litigation or claims-handling team.\nHas experience managing or assisting with a high volume of matters and competing deadlines.\nHas strong organisational and case management skills.\nDemonstrates excellent attention to detail.\nHas good written and verbal communication skills.\nIs comfortable working collaboratively and supporting more senior lawyers with their caseloads.\nHas a proactive approach and the ability to take ownership of tasks.\nIs keen to develop their technical expertise in abuse and neglect work.\n\nThe Opportunity\nThis role would suit a Junior Associate who has developed a solid grounding in volume claims work and is now looking to broaden their experience and build a career within a more specialist area.\nYou will work alongside experienced Associates and Senior Associates, gaining hands-on exposure to abuse claims and developing the technical and case management skills required to progress within the team.\nThe Firm\nWhen you work at Clyde & Co, you join a team of 500 partners, 2,400 lawyers, 3,200 legal professionals and 5,500 people in nearly 70 offices and associated offices worldwide.
