You are comfortable with change and you love working in a high paced environment.\n The Role\nAs our AI Sales Solutions Engineer, you’ll be CM.com’s technical lead for the US region, the go-to expert who translates our AI-powered customer engagement portfolio into real business value for colleagues, partners, and customers. You’ll pair deep product and AI fluency with a coach’s instinct, running technical discovery, demos, and enablement sessions that build confidence and move deals forward. This is a highly visible role at the intersection of sales engineering and applied AI.\nYou will:\nAct as the primary technical SME for the US region, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Partners to scope, demo, and position the CM.com portfolio - including our AI Agents - against customer needs.\n\nLead technical discovery and solution design for prospects and customers, translating business requirements into concrete, credible CM.com implementations.\n\nCoach and enable colleagues and partners on the business value of CM.com’s AI capabilities through training sessions, playbooks, and hands-on support that build their technical fluency and confidence.\n\nRepresent the voice of the field back to Product and Engineering, surfacing patterns from customer and partner conversations that sharpen our roadmap and go-to-market positioning.\n\nUse AI tools actively to improve your own work: experiment, automate, and share what works with your team.\n\nRequirements\n5+ years in a technical sales engineering, solutions engineering, or pre-sales role, ideally supporting AI, SaaS, or customer engagement platforms.\n\nHands-on fluency with AI/LLM-based products and the ability to explain their business value in plain language to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nA track record of running effective demos, technical discovery, and enablement sessions for sales teams, partners, and customers alike.\n\nFluent in English; based on the Eastern Seaboard of the United States, with the flexibility to travel approximately 10% of the time.\n\nGenuinely curious about AI: You’re actively experimenting with the newest models / products to supercharge yourself at work.\n\nBelieve you’d be a great fit for this role, even if you don’t tick every box?
