At CM.com, recruitment touches everything related to attracting talent: from sourcing and headhunting to onboarding and employer branding, campus recruitment, event management and recruitment automation (AI).\nYou'll work directly with Dennis (Corporate Recruiter) in a compact team with a lot of ownership. There's plenty of room to make it your own. You bring your own structure, judgement, and pace. Communication is direct, decisions are made quickly, and you'll have a short line to leadership.
