You are comfortable with change and you love working in a high paced environment.\nThe Role\nAs a Full Stack Developer in the Onboarding & Enablement team, you'll own the front door of CM.com connectivity: the self service experience where customers sign up and start messaging in minutes, without a sales call or a single email. It is one of the most important topics at CM.com today, and your team is the conductor behind it.\nIn today's tech market, speed wins. Customers choose the provider they can start with right now, and they value ease over a long list of requirements. Think of how quickly you can take out a phone subscription: that is the experience we want to offer. Our customers are people, but increasingly also AI agents, and neither wants to wait for a callback.\nBehind that one simple interface sits a complex platform. Every channel works differently.
