You are comfortable with change and you love working in a high paced environment.\nThe Role\nAs a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing CM.com’s marketing activities across the Middle East. You will work closely with the regional sales team and our centralized marketing department at our headquarters in Breda, the Netherlands, to strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth across the region.\nThe role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, content localization, and regional market dynamics, with Arabic language proficiency being a key requirement to effectively engage local audiences. You will adapt global marketing initiatives to the needs of Middle Eastern markets while ensuring alignment with CM.com’s overall brand positioning and business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDigital Marketing & Campaign Management\nPlan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, display advertising, remarketing, email marketing, and other relevant channels.\n\nManage the day-to-day performance and optimization of PPC campaigns across CM.com’s websites and relevant brand platforms in the Middle East.\n\nDevelop and optimize social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, promote content, and generate qualified leads.\n\nIdentify and leverage the most effective digital channels to reach target audiences across the region.\n\nArabic Content Creation & Localization\nCreate, adapt, and localize high-quality marketing content in Arabic and English, ensuring that messaging resonates with local audiences and reflects regional business culture.\n\nDevelop industry-specific articles, case studies, thought leadership content, website copy, and campaign materials tailored to the Middle East market.\n\nLead the localization and continuous improvement of CM.com’s regional website, including Arabic-language content where appropriate.\n\nOptimize website content, landing pages, and keyword strategies for Arabic and English search queries to improve visibility, organic traffic, and conversion rates.\n\nEnsure Arabic marketing content is professionally written, culturally relevant, and aligned with CM.com’s brand voice.\n\nEvent Management & Regional Brand Awareness\nPlan, organize, and participate in regional events, trade shows, industry conferences, and customer engagement activities across the Middle East.\n\nCoordinate event-related marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups to maximize engagement and lead generation.\n\nRepresent CM.com at relevant industry events and ensure consistent brand positioning across regional marketing activities.\n\nSales Collaboration & Lead Generation\nWork closely with the regional sales team to identify target audiences, key accounts, industry priorities, and growth opportunities.\n\nDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and support sales pipeline development.\n\nSupport account-based marketing initiatives and targeted campaigns for strategic customers and prospects.\n\nTrack campaign performance and collaborate with sales to measure lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing contribution to revenue.\n\nGlobal Marketing Alignment & Strategy\nAct as the regional point of contact for CM.com’s centralized marketing department in Breda, ensuring alignment with global campaigns, brand guidelines, and marketing priorities.\n\nContribute to the development and execution of the Middle East marketing strategy, adapting global initiatives to local market requirements.\n\nMonitor regional market trends, digital developments, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new marketing opportunities.\n\nContinuously optimize marketing activities based on performance data, campaign results, and return on investment.\n\nRequirements\nProven experience in digital marketing, demand generation, and campaign management, preferably within B2B technology, SaaS, telecommunications, or enterprise solutions.\n\nArabic language proficiency is essential, with excellent written Arabic skills for professional content creation, copywriting, and localization.\n\nExcellent command of English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively with global teams.\n\nHands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, PPC, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.\n\nExperience in website optimization, content marketing, lead generation, and marketing analytics.\n\nStrong writing, communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple marketing initiatives and work independently in a dynamic, regional environment.\n\nExperience organizing B2B events, trade shows, and industry conferences is an advantage.\n\nFamiliarity with the Middle East business environment, particularly the GCC markets, is highly desirable.\n\nKey Success Measures\nGrowth in qualified
