You are comfortable with change and you love working in a high paced environment.\nThe Role\nAs a Partner Manager, you will build and grow CM.com’s network of partners, with a strong focus on agencies and IT services companies. You will work closely with our partners to reach shared goals and play an important role in growing our business through valuable, long-term collaborations.\nOur partners, including resellers, digital agencies, systems integrators and technology providers, use CM.com’s software solutions in their own services to their clients: Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, the Customer Context Platform and our Chatbot and Agentic AI Platform. All of these run on our communications platform, which brings together RCS, WhatsApp, SMS, Voice and Email in one place.\nYou will\nGrow the partner portfolio with an organic growth target and cross-sell detection\n\nDevelop resell and alliance models, strategic partnerships and collaborations\n\nIdentify new opportunities for collaboration\n\nCoordinate marketing and partner activities: sales enablement, events and joint comms\n\nEnsure an optimal partner experience and customer satisfaction\n\nAnalyze partner performance and report results\n\nUse AI tools actively to improve your own work: experiment, automate, and share what works with your team.\n\nRequirements\nA bachelor’s or master’s degree\n\n5+ years of experience in the tech industry, in Partner Management, Sales or Account Management for SaaS or CPaaS products (Customer Success or Product Owner experience is also relevant)\n\nExperience with CRM, Marketing, Sales or Customer Service SaaS products\n\nStrong technical awareness and interest: you love the product\n\nLiving within commuting distance of Breda, as you work from our office\n\nFluent in Dutch and English, our internal company language\n\nGenuinely curious about AI: You’re actively experimenting with the newest models / products to supercharge yourself at work.\n\nBelieve you’d be a great fit for this role, even if you don’t tick every box?
