review standards, security expectations, and what should never leave the building.\nREQUIREMENTS\nRequired\n3+ years managing software engineering teams, with direct experience managing a mix of full-time employees and contractors.\nStrong technical grounding in a modern frontend stack - React.js and equivalents (TypeScript, modern build tooling, component architecture, state management).\nBackend depth in Golang and Java, enough to review designs and code credibly.\nDemonstrated experience with quarterly planning, project management, and estimation at a team level.\nHands-on experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to increase engineering throughput, and a point of view on where they help and where they don’t.\nBased in Bangkok, with the flexibility and willingness to work US Eastern Time hours on a regular basis.\nStrong written and spoken English.\nNice to have\nWorking knowledge of AWS -
