performance.\nKeep up with new ServiceNow releases.\nREQUIREMENTS\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.\n5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.\nExperience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM or SecOps.\nStrong knowledge of ITIL processes.\nHands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Service Catalog, and Workflows.\nExperience integrating ServiceNow with REST/SOAP APIs.\nExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nServiceNow CSA certification.\nCIS and/or CAD certification is a plus.\nITIL v4 Foundation certification.\nExperience with Agile/Scrum.\nSoft
