The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, network access authentication, and IT service management systems.\nJOB DESCRIPTION\nNetwork Incident ManagementReceive, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.\nTroubleshoot LAN connectivity issues, including 802.1X authentication failures, network port connectivity, and faulty network cables.\nDiagnose 802.1X authentication issues using Windows Certificate Manager (certlm.msc).\nInvestigate network access and authentication issues through Aruba ClearPass, including Access Tracker and Endpoints, using device MAC addresses.\nTroubleshoot VPN connectivity via Citrix, including checking user group membership and access permissions.\nPerform basic network connectivity checks and escalate complex incidents to the relevant teams when required.\n\nNetwork Infrastructure OperationsMonitor network devices and services using SolarWinds and automated scripts.\nManage and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including: Access Switches: Aruba/HPE 3810M and 6300 series.\nCore Switches: Cisco Nexus 9000 series.\nRouters: Cisco ISR 9901 and 9902 series.\nWireless Infrastructure: Aruba 535 and 325 series.\nFirewalls: Cisco 5430 series - monitoring and administration subject to Security Team authorization.\n\nPerform routine network health checks and follow up on alerts generated by monitoring systems.\nMaintain network connectivity and support daily network operations.\n\nNetwork Cabling and ConnectivityInspect, test, and troubleshoot LAN cabling and physical connectivity issues.\nWork with Cat6A CommScope structured cabling systems, including patch cords, patch panels, and network outlets.\nInstall and activate new network ports according to approved procedures.\nLabel both ends of new network connections in accordance with existing labeling standards.\nSupport fiber-optic connectivity and ODF operations: Buildings B8, B9, and B10: Single-mode fiber with LR-type SFP transceivers.\nOther buildings: Multimode fiber with MM-type SFP transceivers.\n\nChange ManagementRaise, implement, and update network changes in ServiceNow in accordance with the change management process.\nPrepare and maintain change implementation plans and run sheets using existing templates.\nFollow approved change windows, implementation procedures, validation steps, and rollback plans.\nUpdate ticket records and document implementation results.\n\nMonitoring and Reporting Monitor network devices and services through SolarWinds.\nExecute and maintain operational scripts used for daily monitoring and automated email notifications.\nReview monitoring alerts, identify potential network issues, and coordinate troubleshooting activities.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\nAssociate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n 02+ years of experience working in Network.\nBasic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and networking hardware.\nFamiliarity with network monitoring tools and software.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nBasic understanding of cybersecurity principles.\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.\nRelevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.\nGood communication in English + willing to onsite client.\nBENEFITS\nHighly competitive salary and bonus, plus several additional benefits.\nProductivity bonus added according to the business results of the Company\nWelfare package of Holiday 9 million/year.\nConsider periodic salary increases once a year.
