Must-have Requirements\nAt least 3+ years of B2B account management/sales experience in ERP, IT Outsourcing orSaaS/Cloud.\n\nA proven track record of retention and revenue growth on existing accounts, supported by figures.\nStrong relationship management, communication and problem-solving skills.\nUnderstanding of SAP or other ERP services/solutions.\nWorking-level English..\n4. Preferred (Plus Points)\nExperience with large enterprise clients and long-term SAP service contracts. Understanding of the SaaS\nsales model, SAP licensing policy, and SAP-relatedservices/products matched to client usage needs. \n\n5. Competencies & Qualities\nCustomer-oriented, trust-building.\nDetail-oriented, and stays close to clients in line with project commitments.\nNegotiation skills for renewals and expansion of the assigned services/products.\nHighly disciplined, accountable and committed to sales/revenue KPIs. \n6.
