Tokyo\nREQUIREMENTS\nAbility to read and understand technical drawings and engineering schematics.\n2-3 years of experience in the Automotive industry.\nExperience as a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) or in a role involving direct communication with Japanese customers.\nJapanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above, with strong business communication skills.\nStrong skills in requirements analysis and technical specification development.\nExperience working with suppliers/vendors throughout the product development lifecycle.\nKnowledge of automotive electrical and electronic components.\nUnderstanding of industry regulations, standards, and product certification requirements.\nStrong coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication
