Enablement Services\nG450\nAvaya Contact Recorder Advanced\nWorkforce Optimization\nCall Management System\nIX Workplace\n\nExperience in complex projects involving the above-listed components.\nExperience in BAU (Business as Usual) operations.\nAbility to quickly grasp and understand complex design concepts.\nStrong client-facing skills, including cross-functional influence and internal/external consulting and partnering.\nAbility to translate technical issues into understandable business language for end users.\nAbility to generate standard project documentation, including
