The incumbent monitors the Halon, water detection, and cooling systems. The incumbent also maintains and repairs industrial kitchen and refrigeration equipment as well as construct and modify office furniture and workstations.\nPrincipal Accountabilities:\nActs as first contact by CME Security in event of emergencies (flood, power outage, equipment, escaltor, elevator failures) and alarms (UPS, Halon, water detection, smoke).\nInspects computer facilities and labs to minimize potential equipment failures daily.\nMaintains the comfort and safety of the trading floor staff and office staff through daily inspections of HVAC equipment , daily maintenance on all equipment and continual monitoring of temperature and air quality.\nPerforms light construction, carpentry, painting and remodeling of furniture.\nResolves trading floor and staff complaints.\nSkills & Software Requirements:\nMS Office, People Soft, 360 Facility\nCME Group is committed to offering a competitive total rewards package for our employees that recognizes their contributions to the business and reflects our long-term investment in their future. The pay range for this role is $32.06--$53.41.
